DeanCasBigBang - deciding what to do

I've been in a writing rut pretty much ever since I finished my first draft of my BB. I cranked it out and decided to take a week off!

... which stretched into two weeks which stretched into three which turned into all of May.

So. Back on the wagon, yeah?

Time to figure out what I'm doing for my deancasbigbang . 

I have my Dark Shadows story, which I've been poking away at since DECEMBER. Christ almighty. It's sitting at about, erm, plus 2, carry the 4...42,000 words.

Seeing as I started my BB in March and finished it at the end of April and it clocked in at 48,000 I'm kinda bummed by those numbers. But that's why I need a deadline, a GOAL. To finish.

But then I have this other story that I started in February wherein Cas is kind of like a superhero and Dean is the photojournalist tasked with taking his picutre. Like Tim Burton's Batman with Dean as Vicky Vale [SO SORRY DEAN, but damn, you're pretty enough] and I really like the vibe of that one but it er, kind of has no plot. It has a great beginning, IMHO. Too bad I've no idea where to go with it.

Dark Shadows on the other hand, I know exactly where it's going. It's just that right now, it's at a less interesting point in the story and I'm finding it hard to get over that hill. and I think I'm only about half way done, so it will prolly clock in at around 80000ish? I think? I don't really know.

But I haven't been writing ANYTHING lately, so I really need to get back into the swing of it.
